Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be defective upon delivery.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Remain in the same condition as received.

  • Include an unboxing video clearly showing the item and any defects upon opening.

 

Return Process
  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support at support@hastindia.com. Include your order number, and a brief explanation for the return, and attach the unboxing video.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Our Responsibility: If your return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the shipping expenses.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, along with the unboxing video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
