  • Made-to-Order Products: For items that are custom-made or on-demand, please allow up to 15 days for delivery. In most cases, delivery times will be shorter, but this ensures sufficient time for production and quality assurance.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days for regular items.

  • Express Shipping: Available upon request for faster delivery, typically 2-4 business days for regular items.

  • Made-to-Order Delivery: Up to 15 days. This includes production time and shipping.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.

International Shipping
  • Availability: We ship globally to select countries. Shipping times vary based on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customs and Duties: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Address Accuracy
  • Please provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure timely delivery. HastIndia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at support@hastindia.com for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, document the condition with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for support.

Delayed Deliveries
  • Unforeseen Delays: Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
